Important Details About Your Job:

• On the day of your scheduled service, please be sure to clear the driveway of all vehicles or other objects so that our crews can access the trees.
• Unless otherwise specified, we cannot guarantee that our crew will arrive at any specific time of day.  Your job may not be the first job of the day.
• You are not required to be present on the day of this work.
• Please remember to carefully review your contract, as our crew will perform the work as outlined in your proposal.  If you would like to make any changes or additions, please let us know immediately so that we can send our crew out with correct instructions.
• In case of emergency work that can arise without warning, you job may be moved to accommodate it. We will reach out to let you know and get you back on the schedule as soon as possible.
